The Coral in Praia do Guajiru, near Trairi, an hour and a half north of Fortaleza
HBM's current focus is The Coral, which has won six awards from the International Property Awards including Best Residential Development Brazil 2014-2015 and architectural awards for its villa designs.
HBM is currently sourcing niche market products for the developer, BRIC Group, in order to find solutions to some of the more endemic issues found on the northeast coast, including wind erosion, salinity, fungal growth and pricing.
We are researching various building strategies that include new fast build platforms and eco-friendly products that can be tailored to the local market.
The Coral is a 1 million square meter, privately owned, beachfront resort that will include over 700 private villas, condo/apartments, a luxury boutique hotel, a beach club, restaurants, commercial areas and world class amenities.
Villa construction has started onsite and infrastructure works are almost complete.
